Most of the time, refunds should be processed directly through your ChannelAdvisor account. This will trigger the refund through Pricefalls, which updates the order status and refunds the customer through your PayPal or Authorize.net account.
Please Note: Partial refunds cannot be processed through ChannelAdvisor. You can refund an order in full or individual line items if multiple items were purchased.
If you would like to process a partial refund, please log into your Pricefalls account, locate the order, select the reason for refund and enter the amount you would like to refund.
