Please see the details below to setup an Ecomdash account on Pricefalls. This integration is currently completed by using custom feed names, extensions and schedules, but will be launched globally around Q4, 2017. Please work with our Merchant Support team to make sure the automation is running properly on Pricefalls.
The seller will be provided an FTP account by Pricefalls. The following directories will be used:
Order Export Setup
Order exports are setup the same for all accounts. They will push hourly to the "Orders" FTP directory and will use the standard format making the name "PricefallsOrders.txt". A custom feed name can be used, so please make sure the correct name is used within Pricefalls and Ecomdash. Please see an example below:
Shipment Confirmation Setup
Tracking files can be sent in Pricefalls format by using the column header format example below.
Please make sure the file name you choose in Ecomdash matches the settings on Pricefalls. The files will be delivered to the "Tracking" folder in the FTP. Please see how the automated shipment upload should be setup below. For the example below, the file name used is "Pricefalls_Tracking.csv".
Datafeed Requirements (Ecomdash Import/Export Inventory File)
Ecomdash will push daily product listing and inventory files every 4 hours to the FTP. If you would like to update inventory faster, please speak with Ecomdash about making changes to your update frequency. The product listing file must have a static name, i.e. "Pricefalls_Feed.csv". The inventory file must have a static name, i.e. "Inventory.csv". Once the files are pushed to FTP, please notify Pricefalls Merchant Support, so we can complete a review and setup your automated schedules. Please see an example inventory update schedule below:
