You may verify your identity and the legitimacy of your store by following these two steps:
Step 1. Call Merchant Support at (866) 503-9799 Option 3. (8am-5pm PST , Mon-Fri)
Please call our Merchant Support department. A representative will discuss your account with you and will verify that your products are a fit for Pricefalls. You may give us a call during normal business hours at 1-866-503-9799 x3.
Step 2. Send us a verification document (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Fax: (702) 675-7650)
Please email email@example.com or send a fax to (702) 675-7650 and attach a copy of one of the following documents:
- Valid Business License
- Valid Seller's Permit
- Letter indicating company EIN from the IRS
- State Incorporation Letter
Your storefront cannot be verified without a valid U.S. shipping address, U.S. phone number, U.S. Credit Card, and valid verification document on file.
