If a customer cancels an order, or an order is unable to be shipped due to customer error and lack of response, does that make me look bad?

We want all customers to be satisfied when shopping on Pricefalls. We understand that sometimes orders cannot be shipped out for many reasons or a customer may request to cancel their order.

Generally, these issues do not impact your selling metrics on Pricefalls. If you see that your metrics have been affected, please contact Merchant Support by calling 866-503-9799 ext. 3 or email ms@pricefalls.com.
