Can you confirm that my return policy is acceptable by Pricefalls.com standards?

Pricefalls requires that sellers offer return policies that are conducive to a pleasant shopping experience.

Setting your items to “No Returns” is acceptable, however, if items arrive damaged or defective, customers must receive an appropriate exchange or full refund including original and return shipping.

If a seller receives a return and identifies the returned product as misrepresented or fraudulent by the buyer, return of the funds may be withheld, however, if the buyer disagrees, they may still be able to open a dispute.
