What Do I Need To Verify My Store?

Pricefalls must maintain a pleasant shopping experience and therefore all stores must be verified prior to listing products for sale. Typically, an account specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours of store setup to complete verification.

You may verify your identity and the legitimacy of your store by following these two steps:

Step 1. Call Merchant Support at (866) 503-9799 Option 3. (8am-5pm PST , Mon-Fri)

Please call our Merchant Support department. A representative will discuss your account with you and will verify that your products are a fit for Pricefalls. You may give us a call during normal business hours at 1-866-503-9799 x3.

Step 2. Send us a verification document (Email: ms@pricefalls.com or Fax: (702) 675-7650)

Please email ms@pricefalls.com or send a fax to (702) 675-7650 and attach a copy of one of the following documents:

- Valid Business License
- Valid Seller's Permit
- Letter indicating company EIN from the IRS
- State Incorporation Letter

Your storefront cannot be verified without a valid U.S. shipping address, U.S. phone number,  U.S. Credit Card, and valid verification document on file.

Pricefalls.com reserves the right to deny you as a seller in our marketplace for any reason. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow up to 48 business hours for Pricefalls to process your verification documents.
