You could not have sold a product with zero quantity in your datafeed. Once your datafeed runs, the Pricefalls system closes every product in the datafeed that has a zero quantity.
Please keep in mind, if you deplete stock levels for a product in your datafeed, the change will not reflect on the website until the datafeed has processed.
If you need to close an item immediately, simply:
- Login to your Seller Dashboard
- Go to My Products
- Locate the product you wish to close, select the item, and click Close Selected
