What happens if I violate a policy?

What occurs if I do not comply with Pricefalls' policies?

Pricefalls tries to offer a great user experience and the best data quality on the Pricefalls.com Marketplace and as such, enforces actions against violations both on product listings and Pricefalls Stores.

A. Product listing deactivation and restrictions

Product listings that don't conform to this policy may get deactivated. When a product listing gets deactivated, it won't be able to be listed on Pricefalls until the violation is fixed and the product is approved by the Pricefalls Merchant Support Team.

How to fix a policy violation:

1.    All items that violates a Pricefalls policy need to be removed from your Pricefalls Store.

2.    Once all products that violate Pricefalls policies are removed from your store, please contact Pricefalls support at (866) 503-9799 ext. 3 to request re-approval.

B. Account Suspension

In severe cases, Pricefalls may elect to suspend a Pricefalls store. If this occurs, all products in your store will be deactivated. If you believe a suspension has occurred in error, please contact Pricefalls support at (866) 503-9799 ext. 3 to request re-approval.
