What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived, please request an update through your Pricefalls Account.

To receive an update on your order Sign in to your account and  use the “Request Update” button. Please allow the seller up to 48 hours to provide a response.

If you still have not received a response after 48 hours, please follow these steps pertaining to the Pricefalls Buyer Protection Program:
