Why has my package not been shipped yet?

After you place an order, the Estimated Delivery Date is listed on your receipt and in the "Recent Order Status" section of your Pricefalls account:

If your order has not arrived by the Expected Delivery Date, please use the "Request Update" button and allow the seller 48 hours to respond. If you do not receive a response, please call Pricefalls Support at (866) 503-9799.
