In order to maintain a pleasant shopping experience, Pricefalls must first verify that new sellers are able to maintain quality listings and are able to satisfy Pricefalls’ Required Minimum Seller Account Rates, specifically:
- Late Shipments: > 5%
- Support Response Time: > 24 hours
- Return/Cancellation Rate: > 5%
Once Pricefalls has confirmed that an account is running smoothly (usually within 4 weeks), sellers are able to request a product listing quota increase.
