Why Does My Response Time Keep Going Up?

The response timer will continue to grow when a message has not received a reply or been marked as completed. This usually happens if there is message that does not need a response. When this occurs, please mark the message as complete by clicking the checkmark on the left hand side of the message.

Once the checkmark is blue, the response timer will stop. This metric updates over a rolling 30 day period.
