How do I contact the seller?

You may contact the seller using many different methods.  Prior to purchasing, you may use the “Ask Seller a Question” button on the right side of every item listing:

Once your order has been placed, you may use the “Request Update” button from within your Pricefalls account.

You can find the seller's contact information by clicking on the seller's name under "Sold and Shipped By":

After clicking the seller's name, all of the seller's information will display:
