Why is there a restocking fee?

On Pricefalls, the seller of the item sets the policy prior to listing the product.

When a product is returned to the warehouse, even if it isn't damaged, the item needs to be unpacked and reshelved so that it may be shipped out again.  The restocking fee covers the costs associated with this process.

When you return an item on Pricefalls, the terms and conditions of the return are governed by the policy associated with the product at the time you placed your order. To view the return policy for the item you are viewing, click on the "Policies" tab on the listing:
