If you ordered a product by accident, the best thing to do is to request to cancel the order before it ships.
If you need to request a cancellation, follow these steps (please keep in mind, cancellations cannot be guaranteed):
- Sign In to your Pricefalls Account
- Click "Cancel Order":
If your product has already shipped, or has already arrived, you will need to return the item per the specified return policy. Returning a product on Pricefalls is easy. First, please refer to the return policy for your item to ensure that your order qualifies for a return and to get a full understanding of the seller's return procedures. After you review the return policy:
- From there, click "Return Order" on the order you wish to return.
- Using the drop-down menu, select the quantity you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then, describe the issue to the seller in detail and click "Submit"
- Wait for the seller's response with instructions. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours please contact Pricefalls Support or call us at (866) 503-9799.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE SELLER AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR RETURN REQUEST. DOING SO CAN RESULT IN FURTHER ISSUES.
