My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

At Pricefalls, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied. In rare cases, items can arrive damaged. If this happens, don't worry, you are protected.

On Pricefalls, it is prohibited for sellers to expect customers to pay for return shipping on damaged items. Therefore, the seller will need to send you a shipping label so please don't ship the item back without following these instructions:

  • From there, click "Return Order" on the order you wish to return.

  • Using the drop-down menu, select the quantity you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then, describe the damage to the seller in detail and click "Submit"

  • Wait for the seller's response with instructions. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours please contact Pricefalls Support or call us at (866) 503-9799.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE SELLER AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR RETURN REQUEST. DOING SO CAN RESULT IN FURTHER ISSUES.
