At Pricefalls, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied and misrepresentation is strictly prohibited. In rare cases, mis-shipments can occur. If this happens, don't worry, you are protected.
Pricefalls prohibits sellers from charging return shipping costs on mis-shipped items. Therefore, the seller will need to send you a shipping label. Please don't ship the item back without following these instructions:
- From there, click "Return Order" on the order you wish to return.
- Using the drop-down menu, select the quantity you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then, describe the damage to the seller in detail and click "Submit"
- Wait for the seller's response with instructions. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours please contact Pricefalls Support or call us at (866) 503-9799.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE SELLER AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR RETURN REQUEST. DOING SO CAN RESULT IN FURTHER ISSUES.
